$50.00 / year and a $35.00 sign-up fee
For those interested in becoming a member of the Dog Writers Association of America, please fill out this application. The DWAA board will meet to approve your application. If this application is not approved, a refund will be promptly issued.
Cost of Membership: Membership is $50 annually, payable by March 1 of every year. Today, you will be charged a $35 application fee, plus a prorated amount from date of application to March 1. A $50 renewal fee will be due on March 1.
Fill Out the Application: The application information below will also populate your member profile, some of which will be published in our member directory. (Only fellow members have access to this directory.) Visit the Member Area at any time to:
- Edit your profile
- Access members-only benefits
- Return each year to renew your dues, with automated payments as a convenient option, but not required
Please note that your name and email will populate your profile, based on billing information provided during purchase. If you ever need to change your name or email on your membership, please contact us for help.
Expect a 7 Day Delay in Membership Benefits: Access to some of your benefits, including access to your press pass and the member directory, will only be available to new members after 7 days of membership.
